IUL strengthens its European presence with IUL GmbH
IUL is now expanding its European presence with the opening of IUL GmbH, a new sales and service location in Germany. Based in Leonberg near Stuttgart, the new company will serve as a central point of contact for customers in Germany, Austria and the Netherlands.
By establishing IUL GmbH, the company aims to further optimize customer support and provide faster, more direct service. The new subsidiary will act as a dedicated local contact for repairs, maintenance, and technical support, thereby contributing significantly to increased customer satisfaction.
“With IUL GmbH, we are creating an even closer connection to our customers in Central Europe. Our local structures enable faster response times and more personalized support,” says Michael Doumanas, Managing Director of IUL GmbH.
In addition to traditional service activities, IUL GmbH will offer comprehensive training programs. These include on-site customer training sessions as well as workshops held at the new Leonberg facility. The goal is to support users in achieving the best possible performance and efficiency when working with lab automation solutions.
A special highlight of the new location is the modern showroom laboratory. In this specially designed environment, IUL devices can be demonstrated and tested under practical conditions. Customers have the opportunity to experience presentations either in person at the showroom or conveniently via online demonstration.
